An excellent and beautiful translation of the classic Thirukkural, the thought and philosophy of which could be easily understood by the crisp and simple language used in Thirukkural – 108. It is a boon to people like me who do not know Tamil but were eager to know and understand the kurals. Each couplet of each kural is laid out like a sumptuous meal that requires to be read, chewed properly and digested. I do not have an inkling of the other 25 chapters but these 108 chapters presented in this book are definitely beads of the japa mala and I feel must be read, followed and practiced with utmost sincerity by one and all.
